What to do with an acre of land?

Well to be exact, i'm looking to get a

3000 meter square, equiv. to ~30,000 square feet, 0.74 acre, 0.3 hectare

(if u need it in other area measurement, just let me know)

but dunno what can I turn it into.. the location is pretty good

a mall? outlet?

a recreational area?

car dealership?

gas/petrol station?

I wanna do something a little creative & benefiting the community, your help is much much appreciated

Since your premise is to develop the land to benefit the community look at what the community needs. Medical needs require family doctors and an acre of space would provide adequate area for patient care. You could create a small shopping complex that includes a local food restaurant, beauty shop, real estate office, a discount store, pet shop, etc. If housing is an issue than an apartment building can be built. I'm assuming you have the finace to do all this. Right now with the credit crunch it may be tight getting financing to something really creative.

You might wanna do a little research first into the existing zoning, utility services, etc.
