Is it okay to have a small cheat meal every 5 days?

While Im trying to lean out. By small i mean like a pop tart and a can of mountain dew.

    Yes, this is fine, I used to have a whole day of eating whatever I wanted when I was dieting and I still lost weight and stayed thin.

    I limit myself to once a week, usually Sunday my veg day. As long as you don't do something that has 2000 calories you are fine. If you forbid yourself all the things you enjoy you won't stick to it. Small cheats are ok, but write everything down, so you stay on track. Good luck!
