Are Polaroid cameras no longer being manufactured?
And by Polaroid cameras, I mean the 600 or One Step. I know for sure if I purchase one from eBay, I'm going to want more than one (all the different styles make me indecisive). I've desired one for quite some time and only recently realized eBay could deliver a quick fix. However, I thought I heard last year that they were no longer being made. If I do purchase one online, I'd have to hurriedly buy film as well because I imagine it'd expire soon and I'd be stuck with nowhere to buy more when that date arrives.

No they're not.
And the film for polaroids is not being produced anymore either.

A polaroid camera on ebay would be useless, unless you can buy a lifetime supply of film.
.... or you could put it in a museum.

You can still find film and camera at Walmart, but soon as the invertory of film goes out. There will no more available.
Look at the Polaroid website. They are now selling digital cameras

Polaroid digital cameras are still being manufactured. We sell them at my place of business. There were some of the smaller models that were discontinued (the ones that made those tiny cute pictures not sure which models) but definitely not on the whole.

nope sorry to say they are not and if you already have a Polaroid camera may as well give it up. not even making the film for them anymore. so if you take pics you don't want to have to take to get developed, get a digital and print them from your computer. trust me i work at Walgreen's. i have developed some embarrassing pics for people.
