Can you give this election ONE minute each night?

ONE MINUTE EACH NIGHT

This is the scariest election we as Christians have ever faced, and from the looks of the polls,

the Christians aren't voting Christian values. We all need to be on our knees.

Do you believe we can take God at His word? Call upon His name, then stand back and watch His wonders unfold. This scripture gives us, as Christians, ownership of this land and the ability to

call upon God to heal it. I challenge you to do that. We have never been more desperate

than now for God to heal our land.

This election is the scariest I remember in my lifetime. 2 Chronicles 7:14. 'If my people, which are called by my name shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.'

During WWII, there was an advisor to Churchill, who organized a group of people who dropped what they were doing every night at a prescribed hour for one minute, to collectively pray for the safety of England, its people and peace. This had an amazing effect, as bombing stopped.

There is now a group of people organizing the same thing here in America.

The United States of America, and our citizens, need prayer more than ever!!! If you would like to participate, each evening at 9:00 P.M. Eastern Time (8 PM Central, 7 PM Mountain, 6 PM Pacific), stop whatever you're doing, and spend one minute praying for the safety of the United States, our troops, our citizens, for peace in the world, the upcoming election, that the Bible will remain the basis for the laws governing our land, and that Christianity will grow in the U.S.

If you know anyone who would like to participate, please pass this along. Someone said if people really understood the full extent of the power we have available through prayer, we might be speechless. Our prayers are the most powerful asset we have. Thank you.

Please pass this on to anyone who you think will want to join us.

God Bless You!!!

    A Right Nation:

"Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD;" Psalms 33:12

    The Right approach:

"Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people." Proverbs 14:34

    The Right Attitude Towards Authority:

"Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake. For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing. Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour." Romans 13:1-7

    The Right Praying:

"I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty." 1 Timothy 2:1-2

    The Right Living in Society:

"Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work, To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men. For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men." Titus 3:1-8

There is free will, and although you cited history, I don't believe history proves you are right.

The bombings of England ended because RAF and American flyers proved to be the better dog fighters, and pilots, and the fact that we had a new weapon at our disposal, Radar, which alerted us to incoming german air raids, which sent our boys scrambling.

Some will claim prayer made this possible, but I like to think man made it possible.

God did not send Jews to the gas chambers and he didn't make great pilots.

Although you idea looks good on the surface, you forget to mention God gave man free will. Ask Eve how good was that apple.

Just so you know I do believe in God, but I also believe man has control over his fate.

My dear young lady .. that I have always was somewhere like OK.... As I have been away for a while... but have managed to once again locate the Q/A Section here once again .. As I have missed your very thought provoking questions. Yes I do believe out of all the elections I have ever voted in... I think this one is ranked up there as # one... It does appear that the outcome of this election shall shape the country just as it was shaped or rather "re-shaped" after the crisis of 29...

Thank you for reminding everyone what it's all about. This is a scary election & what's more scary is the attitude of the youth & extreme liberal left. Prayer does work but you have to have faith & I'm sad to say that this is what is lacking in this country. It's time to get back to the basics & embrace morality & values before it's too late.

I agree, prayer is powerful! Christians need to be seeking guidance from the Holy Spirit in this election. If we will do that, then we will not be deceived. God bless!!!
