my x box 360 motor has gone out?
what is the number or how do I get in contact with microsoft to replace it, I went to a local computer repair shop and they wanted 200.00 bucks, he suggested I buy a new one FROM HIM, I left the store immediately, I know there is someone out there who can help me.
my box is 2 years old and I only have the console.

The Xbox 360 support numbers should be in the back of the manual you got with the console, and varies depending upon where you live. Providing that the 360 hasnt been modified and that the unit is still within warranty Microsoft may repair it for free

well if you have guarantee for your x-box 360 and its not your fault that 360 gone out they must to repair it or give you new 1 for free.
