Source(s): subscript ms word: https://tr.im/1EmEZ - codepoetryLv 41 decade ago
What version of Word? In 2007, here's the instructions:
select the text to be changed to subscript.
Right-click on the text, and select the "Font ... " option.
Under the "Effects" heading, choose "Subscript".
Click "OK".

This is the easiest way:
1. Select the text you want to make a subscript.
2. Press CTRL/=
To make it normal text again, repeat the process.
To make a superscript, press CTRL/SHIFT/= instead.
Hope that helps.
