Best way to cut 10 pounds in 2 weeks.?
It doesnt need to be permanent just for a BJJ tourny weigh ins. Im thinking about doing like I did for wrestling run like crazy, sweat a ton sleep of pouns repeat in the morning weigh in, with of course the spit etc. in b/w. Anyone know any better ways

Hire a bear!
Bears are very good wrestlers, and many are kung-fu masters. Look for a bear named Beary Bawns to train you, he is the strongest bear alive. He can help you lose 10 pounds in half a second.

i like the trampoline idea, you could also try running or jogging.
count your calories and change to a vegetarian diet.
vegetables have much better proteins in them then meat and your body burns them more efficiently. the proteins you get from meet is diluted and not as good for you. even the proteins that are in meet they come from the vegetables. the further your away from the source of the proteins you get the more diluted they come, and vegetables are an usually the primary source of them.
you can also try skipping a meal every couple of days. or fasting. but you need to be smart about the way you do this. and make sure what you are eating is health and will help prepare you for this.

If you're really serious, swim for about 2 hours a day and eat 6 meals instead of 3.

This is kind of childish but is very effective... Trampoline! ive lost so much weight on that thing. Like if i gain six pounds i loose them all in one session of the trampoline.(20-60 minutes)

a day before weigh in dont drink liquids and sit in a sauna so you lose water weight and after the weigh in u rehydrate
