How can I resolve this? I am so lost!!! Please help!!

=14-4=6t-14
=6t=-14+14
10=6t
t=6/10
t=0.6

I suppose you're trying to solve for t, so isolate it. add 14 to both sides since it's -14 right now. then you'll end up with 10=6t. Isolate t by dividing 6 to both sides and you'll end up with t=10/6.
