canon, sony, panasonic or nikon?

Big/wide lenses point and shoot cameras is on my wish list. My choices narrowed down to 3 models:

1. Sony cybershot dsc H50 9.1mp

2. Canon powershot S5 IS 8.2 mp

3. Nikon coolpix P80

Any unbiased opinion is highly appreciated. THANKS

    In this particular instance, I would go for the Sony Cybershot. Usually I try to avoid cameras from electronics companies, but this camera has had some good reviews and is a good solid choice. Several reviews have called the Nikon slow in performance, not a kind thing.

    Out of those options, I'd pick the Canon.
