Just give your goldfish+tropical fish some flake 2 times a day and for the catfish you can give them some sinking pellets/algae wafers.
Remember not to overfeed! remove any uneaten food etc...

Tropical fish should be fed 2 times per day. Feed them as much as they can consume in 3 minutes without any of the food floating to the bottom. Do not feed the fish as soon as you turn on the aquarium lights, wait a half hour and then feed the fish their first feeding. I would also suggest that you purchase a cory catfish and a flying fox to help consume the algae and inevitable extra food that reaches the bottom.

Once a day is sufficiant, fish do not eat much. Feed what it can eat in 3-4 minutes, if you want you can feed them twice a day, whatever they can eat in 2 minutes, twice a day. Remove all uneaten food as it will foul the water.

feed them 1-2 times a day. no more, if you overfeed them they can die as they wont stop eating the food. give a pinch or two each time you feed them if you feed them flakes.
