4 AnswersCleaning & Laundry1 decade agofamily law, how on earth does anyone afford a lawyer...help!?
my daughter has a child from a previous relationship which ended about 5 years ago, the father ( mega dropkick) has hardly bother to see the child and has probably only done about 3 times and then it was under supervision with his parents, my daughter has recently married and wants to change the child's name ( at the moment its both her and his surname hyphenated) to her married name, which the child has being going under for the last 4 years. When she applied to the courts, the father turned up and said he wanted visitation rights and so until that sorted she cant do anything about the name change, the father is now taking her to court for visitation, unfortunately the family earns too much for legal aid and it seems that its going to cost a few thousand to fight it / appear in court and they just have not got the money. My daughter is very upset and does not know where to turn to next and no one seems to be able to help, she does not want her child to have contact with the father ( at least until she is older), he is a very irresponsible person ( he has had 4 children since by 4 different girls, 2 of them born 11 days apart!!)
please don't say that the father has rights, this is not the issue at this stage ( and if you knew him you would understand this). we just need a little advise in how to get legal help.
OR.... know any dirty tricks we can use????

I have many gerberas growing in the garden, they multiply and flower almost continuously, hubby bought one from the supermarket yesterday and it looks different from the ones that i all ready have, i realise that it is probably grown under controlled conditions which would make a difference to the look of it, but will it perform the same as the others and multiply?

3 AnswersBeer, Wine & Spirits1 decade agomuslims and the Koran?
after having a lively discussion with friends the other night, i am hoping someone can give me simple answers to these questions.
it was said that all muslims follow the Koran and in it it says all white/westerners must die, be killed etc.
also the terrorist bombing are by the muslims which is why they target areas where white/westerners gather.
what are the teaching of the koran as far as killing westerners go.
does believing in the Koran make you muslim, as in believing in the bible makes you a Christan.
in being a muslim, you are a threat to others? or have you just got a different religious denomination?
it was also stated that if I did a lot of searching on the net for info about the Koran, than i could expect a knock on my door from the government?
please excuse my ignorance, i am not out to offend anyone

4 AnswersFish1 decade agomale cat that sprays
i have a siamese desexed male cat that i have had for about 6 years. the problem is he sprays in the house, i have tried giving him more attention, not punishing him, pheramone (spelling wrong) plug in device and just about every thing else i can think of, my last option is to try some sort of valium or sedation, has any one been through this with their own cat and have resorted to sedation?
he is a inside cat, lives with 2 little dogs ( get on very well together) cat was here before the dogs, he was desexed young, has always sprayed, I clean it off with a solution of vinagar and water.
I will not consider have him put down or living outside.
