I thought you were talkin ghetto!! (hahaha)
Depending on when you bought the laptop- you could try exchanging it at the store you bought it, or with whomever you bought it from. If it's less than a year old- try also going to the computer's manufacterer. They have a warranty on the laptop for a reason- take advantage of it.
If none of those options work- it's probably best to just get rid of it, and look for a new one.
BTW:
Actually- you could fake it and say it's started going on the fritz. Like, one day it was working fine, and the next day, certain keys stopped working and stuff. Just don't say you spilled anything on it. There's always ways to get around something, man- you just gotta know where the loopholes are. hahaha
I speak from experience- I worked at Circuit City for 2 years, and I currently work at HP. So trust me

actually your lap top would have to be disassembled from the bottom, not the top. im weary to suggest them, but either firedog,or geek squad would have the tools to disassemble and clean out your computer. because the computer is working means you didn't fry anything, and what is happening is that there are water pockets caught underneath the keyboard membrane. and when you type a letter the water trapped there grounds out the keyboard thereby preventing the keyboard from making a circuit that tells the computer, what you just typed.so what you need is to simply have the lap top disassembled and dried out.then reassembled and everything should be fine. in the mean time before you get it repaired you can just hook up a standard keyboard to the k/b port on the back of the laptop.

Mate, sorry about they keyboard. I thought you were a retard the first time i read your message. What you need to do is get your keyboard replaced because it's broken. I'm sorry, but your gonna have to go into the place you got your laptop from and ask how to get the keyboard replaced.
It's broken and to try and 'Fix it' will only damage it more. I have broken the 'ALT' key on my computer but i glued it on and it looks normal, but it's broken. I tried fixing it but almost destroyed my 'X' and 'Ctrl' keys, don't try and fix it. Considering you've got more extensive damage your gonna have to get the whole keyboard replaced.
I feel sorry for you, you won't be able to type properly :(.
Additional Info:
Don't do what the others suggested, blowing it will NOT fix it, i have expeirence that WILL break and damage the computer more. It may work for phones, but not for Computers. And there's no chance you can get a warranty or exchange on the laptop because there was no accident in which you can be compensated for.

I would turn off the laptop and use a hairdryer to dry out the keys. I have done this on two cell phones that have gotten wet and it works great. Be careful to keep the dryer about 6 inches away so that you don't melt the plastic. If it was just water that you spilled, this should dry out the keys and they should work like new after. Make sure to turn it off!
