RYEGRASS sun/shade zone 6 or warmer
BLUEBELLS shade zone 3 and warmer
BLUE POPPY light shade zone 3 and warmer
SUMMER PHEASANT'S EYE is an annual, so you can grow it anywhere each year.
CORNFLOWER full sun zone 3 and warmer
So, depending on your zone - yes you can have all of these in one climate, just in different parts of the garden. Hope this helps and happy planting!

it may be an same region, even if this is truly confusing to assert for useful. The topography of the land relative to the sea coast seem an same, regardless of a few replace in water element. Or it may purely seem diverse because of the picture being taken at diverse situations of three hundred and sixty 5 days (diverse herbaceous flora is clear). The timber to the left seem an same, besides because the decrease tree on the right, even if the bark of the timber (one to the left has been decrease) seem smoother contained in the recent image (the bark seems rougher contained in the older image, yet isn't completely in concentration). also, the bottom of the single which were decrease contained in the gang on the right seems straighter than the tree which may were in that region contained in the older image (the leaning one). there is also a root mass to the right of the gang on the right of a tree which has fallen (to the right, so the trunk isn't seen), yet no seen to tree to account for its presence contained in the older image. This, even if, could purely be because the older image would not contain the entire section on the right, and the previous photographer could have framed their shot to easily omit that tree. It also seems that if that's an same region, you've been status somewhat extra to the left of the position the previous photographer stood. There are also timber that were decrease contained in the history (in case you seem on the hillside contained in the area in both pictures), yet then there are products of flagging tape contained in the older image which could have indicated the boundary of a destiny logging operation that had already been surveyed. So with out declaring one way or yet another no matter if that is/isn't the precise region as beforehand, i am going to provide my causes for why it may/could no longer be an same.

Depends on the Zone you live in; I know nothing about Pheasant's eye,but the rest sound like they would thrive in Zone 3 and up.
