When I called about a rental RV I got some really good rates.

Plus their RV's are really nice, and you can even rent a Class A, Class B or even rent a Travel Trailer if you want to. I would have to say that Bates RV is the #1 dealer for rental RV's and they have outstanding rates for rentals. If your looking to go on a camping trip they also have a campground in Georgia called camp cherrylog. You should check that out. - Good Luck!

It depends on how far you want to drive, and where you are going. RVs are real gas guzzlers, so you have to take that into account if you're planning on doing a lot of driving. They are nice since it is all climate controlled (if you're going someplace hot, or if it rains, or is cold at night, etc), and are a comfortable way to travel (so long as you are comfortable driving one). Also, once you set up camp in an RV for the night, you pretty much just stay there - you can't really drive off to make a quick stop at the grocery store or something, so it takes a bit more planning. If you had a 4WD with camping equipment, you would be able to be more flexible and see some of the smaller, more out-of-the-way stuff that you might not be able to get to in an RV. You can set up camp somewhere and then drive to the beach or go for a hike, etc. Either way sounds fun though.

Like Mopar Muscle Gal said it depend on the state, time of year, and for how long you are going to need it. do some further research on the state you live in and see the rates for that state for renting a camper.

    HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!
