What is the most surprising thing your dog has done? Something you had no idea he could do?

My aunt bought her dog an aflack (sp?) duck, and when the aflack commercial comes on, she runs and gets her aflack duck.

My old dog, who has passed,one time was caught protecting two mice from one of our cats. He was lying down with them between his paws. We actually didn't notice the mice until we saw him nip at the cat, and thought that was extremely odd behavior because he usually acted afraid of her.

I asked my pit bull if he "wanted a treat" and the crazy dog raced across the living room, picked up his kong toy and trotted to the kitchen and dropped it infront of the pantry (where the peanut butter is hidden)

I sat there with my mouth open for a few minutes :P

My dog likes to hide his bones around the house underneath pillows and clothing until HE is ready to chew them. Also, I was surprised he could nimbly jump up on the counter like a cat from a stand still. No more keeping food on the counters! :)

Every morning that the weather is nice enough, my dogs spend about 1/2 hour out in the yard when we all first wake up. Usually, the little one barks when she's ready to come in for breakfast, and the others follow her in. Last weekend, however, my English Setter rang the doorbell to come in! I used to have a dog that would pick up his bowl and deliver it to me when he was ready to eat.

My three pound tea cup chihuahua thinks she is a pit bull! is completely unaware she is tiny and picks fights with huge animals, just the other day she wanted to beat up a fat raccoon, I tell you that girl is crazy!

My gorgeous fur angel (whom I lost 6 weeks ago) came to us with awful teeth/gums. She used to place her dinner rounds, one by one, across the kitchen floor, the central room in our house. We realized she did this so we'd inadvertently step on them and crush them, so she could eat them more easily. She was one smart little girl.

he opened the gate lock and got out the fence,brings me his bowl of food or water when is empty, he is able to said mama I am honest in all these things,

my chihuahua climbed out of his crate...through the top..then when we put a stool on the top he opened the latch...now whenever he's in there we have to tie the door shut lol

My dog ate a whole giant chocolate bar... and survived
