The Senate can do whatever it wants, but it can't make laws unless the House passes it too and then sends it to the President.
Laws regarding taxation must originate in the House, however.
But yeah, lots of times the Senate will pass non-binding resolutions to recognize or declare certain things, that never even make it to the House.

Wrong. They can both create legislation.
-------
A bill cannot become a law of the land until it has been approved in identical form by both houses of Congress. Once the Senate amends and agrees to a bill that the House already has passed—or the House amends and passes a Senate bill—the two houses may begin to resolve their legislative differences by way of a conference committee or through an exchange of amendments between the houses.

I think Senate is waiting until House votes tonight at sundown.
Sounds like a Western, But it is in observation of the Jewish Holiday. Then Senate votes? They came up with the bill, like they did last time, but they haven't posted it like last time.
Could it be that it would turn Democrats off?

A bill such as this needs to be cleared by both houses of congress in order to send it to the president. It does not matter which branch of congress votes first, as long as they ultimately agree on the same bill.

They are trying to "revamp" the former bill at present. It's not the same, only the "same idea" of again tax payer bail out.
NO TO TAX PAYER BAIL OUT!!!!
This can be done in various ways WITHOUT using tax payer monies.

Well, I would tell you to read the Constitution, but our government has ignored that for quite some time now. Basically, they do what they want, unless we stop them.

All SPENDING bills must originate in the house. This bailout is technically not a spending bill.
