Does anyone know if you have to go through MAPP in North Carolina to adopt from a private agency ?

I kn ow you have to have MAPP to adoopt from Social Services but I am w ondering about private places like AAlink

    how about trying foster care instead of supporting the billion dollar adoption industry?

    I second what Anastasia said. Foster kids need homes, they are the ones you should be adopting.

    I am not sure but just call and ask them. It will be better then getting a bunch of negative comments on here. Best wishes with adoption!!!
