Question

i use my sisters laptop its very old its a pentium 3 by the way she the admin of the computer she can go to any website and play a video such as you tube but when i log on from my side i cant view any video from any websites i cant even play games on the internet how can me and my sister fix this

You either don't have rights for those activities... guest accounts have very limited privileges - try changing your account to an admin account (by logging onto her account and changing your account type in the User Accounts menu > for windows xp hit start and click on the picture next to the name at the top of the menu)

Or your browser is configured differently, to disallow that content. Open your browser > there should be a Options or Tools menu and in that an Options or Preferences... click that and look for where to enable that kind of content (For FireFox it's under the Tools > Options > Content tab )

Do you've Java put in? Do you've cookies enabled? What Browser are you utilising? attempt installation Java and receive a browser except IE when you're utilising IE.(internet Explorer = IE)
