hay i say go for it if you have the money you see im 16 and i ame driving a 1964 impala i have worked all year to fix it up so far i have gone thew all my savings and was quite a bit and that car looks good you should buy it

No - not really. He's still wanting quite a high price for a nearly 20 year old car. If it breaks down it is also a complicated car so it will most likely be expensive to fix which will probably write it off.
It is also pretty fast if it works - meaning expensive to insure and quite frankly beyond the abilities of a newly qualified driver.
Try going for something simplerand newer. Definately under ten years old.

it,s not a bad looking car but i would,nt pay that much for it. besides it,s something you can get killed in.
