How do you change your yahoo profile picture.....?

Sometimes this works with a cell phone

1. Go to the chrome app on desktop mode

2. Go to your Yahoo! questions/answers activity page

3. Click on Edit Preferences

4. Click on your current profile image

5. Then when you're on account info click on the camera image at the bottom of your profile picture and it will give you a set of options such as camera roll, documents etc.

Unfortunately this only works with some users due to bugs/glitches so I wouldn't guarantee it.

Your profile cannot be hidden to add a picture. It must be public. You cannot have a picture with a private account as of July 2014.

Yahoo no longer provides avatars however you can create one from other free sites see the links below.If you are on wireless you must wait until you are on a computer.

Choose either a cartoon or a photo avatar you had saved to your pc.

Create a personal avatar below not a moving or large one, right click and save it to your computer pc.

Check the first one to make a cartoon of your own photo.

You don't. You will have to deal with the picture yahoo picks for you.

That's right, this feature has been disabled, and therefore no longer available. I noticed that some users here have their profile photos displayed, but since then this feature has been blocked for new users, like me, who can not change the photo profile. And those who have their profile photos displayed can not change their photos either. There has been talk about fixing this feature again, but I doubt that they will ever bother, it's not a priority on their do list. I have waited for months for this feature to be made available again and still no change. For all those who post here and say that it can be done, DON'T BOTHER, it's only giving us false hope!

May 2016 You can't edit your profile. Gender , profile picture etc. The page is not there . Yahoo are updating

It doesn't seem to work, I'm stick with an old photo I didn't want anymore.

How did this even happen?! I can't change my personal information! That's ridiculous! Kinda makes it more Yahoo's information when I'm personally locked or blocked from accessing it. This needs fixed immediately!
