Its not the clear liquid anymore but full on milk coming out, is this any indication that I'm going to be delivering soon?? I just had a pretty major surgery last week, removing an enlarged cyst I had and now I'm Iactating milk so I wasn't sure if this means I should be a little more prepared for an early delivery.

I started taking birth control from Oct 23-Nov.23 and then stopped since my spouse and I decided we wanted to try and conceive. We've been trying to get pregnant since Nov and its now Dec.27 and still no period, could I possibly be pregnant or did stop taking birth control make my period a no show for almost 40 days now??..
