Well...its autumn in some parts of the world, so most of the designer brands would sell winter clothes.

If you're on a budget, try to dig in to the 'ukay-ukay' places. If you want new, as in you'll be the 1st owner, try the Surplus Shop at SM.

In the UK though, there are places there that sells cheap clothes. Flea market style, but it goes with the season too. Try The Gap, Zara, H&M, Marks and Spences, and Woolsworth. They are selling affordable stuff. Just make sure that you are not to convert sterlings to peso or you'll end up freezing cold in the UK.=P

    Hope this helps.

Don't worry, there are some cheap store in England too...

Just like here in US, we got Ross, Tj Maxx and Marshalls...

You won't believe how much they sell, those expensive clothing from big company here on their store...

Almost 75% off from the Original Price...

At the airport, before boarding, trade your lighter clothes with those worn by OFWs coming from the Middle East in the ber months. You'd be surprised with how much layer their "components" are.

Edit: Just don't make the mistake of trading with mine. They're full of bedbugs.

Cartimar Pasay. Surplus Shops. For Termals, go to Rustans or Marks & Spencer.
