Sony Bravia - Why does the volume get so loud whenever music is in the background of a DVD?

When I'm watching a DVD on my new Sony Bravia LCD and any sort of music comes on, the whole volume including speech increases significantly. Why is it doing this???

You need to go into the menu sound settings and adjust things to your liking. I don't recall just what is what, but this is from your manual:

Press to cycle through different sound settings: Dynamic for

enhanced treble and bass, Standard for spoken dialog and

Custom to customize the sound settings including the

    Sound Booster setting.

on occasion. It particularly relies upon on what temper i'm in and what music i'm listening to. If i'm listening to something like Disturbed or Slipknot, for sure i choose the quantity grew to become up a sprint louder than to in spite of if i grew to become into listening to something like Shulman or Amethystium.
