Indeed, if you hit them with your car, I think there will be a pretty large fine and maybe some time in lockup. Any amount of time would be too much for me.

If you hit a cop car on purpose, that is assault with a deadly weapon. Following him is stalking, and touching is sexual misconduct at the very minimum. Find a different hobby!

I think you need counseling. I would take you to jail for felonious assault with a deadly weapon (car). Plus, you probably have warrants and a suspended license.
