The last book i read was called The Sugar Queen by Sarah Allison Allen and i really enjoyed it. It was about this girl/woman who lived with her mother and they were pretty much the wealthy people in town. But the girl had a reputation of being a brat since she as little and after her father died she did everything for her mother thinking she could make it up to her. and she stayed inside all the time and she had romance novels and candy hidden away in her closet and that was her escape. And she had the biggest crush on her mailman and she would never do anything about it. And one day someone broke into her room and hid in her closet and her whole life changed. You should read it. I really loved it.

My Bonny Light Horseman by L. A. Meyer, the sixth book in the Bloody Jack Adventure series.

The series is about a London orphan girl who goes from a homeless waif to a ship's boy in the British Navy, a pirate, an educated young lady, a riverboat captain, etc, etc. It's quite an enjoyable series if you like historical adventures.

A History of Violence by John Wagner.

It was the only book I've ever read that was worse than the movie.

The best elements of the movie were COMPLETELY made up!

The book seemed like a weak shell in contrast.

    New Moon by Stephanie Meyer

*No I'm not a Twilight crazed maniac that only talks about Edward Cullen and how cute he is even though he is a totally and complete fictional character.

*I did enjoy this book but not as much as Twilight which was clearly better written and more detailed.

*The whole series is about a girl named Bella Swan who falls in love with a vampire named Edward Cullen. It shows their experiences and their love.

*I recommend this series to anyone who enjoys a well-written romance novel.

    Title: Phantom

    Author: Susan Kay

    Rating:B+

Summary: If you watched the Phantom of the Opera then you would know who the phantom is. The story is about him and his life before he came to the Opera house.

Recommendation: I would say its for ages 13 and up because of the violence and some attempted rape. But if you dont mind that then its an okay book to read.

The Scarlett Letter - Nathanial Hawthorne

it is about a woman in a puritan village who committed adultry and is the story about her punishment and it is fairly interesting, however it was really hard to read.

A Bend in the Road - Nicholas Sparks

It is an amazing book and as I recall, it is about a man whose wife gets killed in a car accident and it tells the story of him and his life.

The Notebook - Nicholas Sparks it is similar to the movie, however it has a few different details and has an amazing ending.

The Wedding - Nicholas Sparks is the sequal to The Notebook

A Walk to Remember - Nicholas Sparks

Similar to the movie, but way better.

...A lesson Before Dying by Earnest Gaines. It was actually a great book. It deals with the societal/racial issues in the 1940's (I believe). It's very engaging and actually a bit emotional at some points. You may have already read it at some point, but it never hurts to read it again.

The last book i read was Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer.

    Great book.

    I'd definitely recommend it.

But I'd suggest you start from the beginning of the Twilight Series

    -Twilight

    -New Moon

    -Eclipse

    -Breaking Dawn

This series is really amazing. And EXTREMELY popular.

Haha it's a great way to instantly bond with any who has read it.

    Fruits Basket: Volume 3.

It's part of a manga series... About this family that's cursed by the Chinese Zodiac, and the girl they live with.

Pretty good. Deals with romance, friendship, and family life. It's pretty funny... Cute...

I'd recommend it, but it just depends on if you like that kinda stuff.
