which movie is this quote from?

i think its a movie or tv programme, but my friend keeps saying this quote "my raaaabbit where are you mr raabbit?"

but he pronounces it more like "mr waabbit whewe awre yew mr waabbit?"

could someone tell me where its from cause its familiar to me
