Dude dont worry about torrenting it,sure its illegal but if they bust you (which wuld be highly unlikely) theyd have to go around busting all the people that do it.

Make sure if you download it tho to find ones with a good amount of seeders and some good comments to make sure theres no spywere or anything.

Also remember if you download it you wont be able to play online because the keycode will be in use.

    No.

The only truly legal alternative is to find the disks or buy it again.

Even if you still had the receipt, the disks are the required proof of ownership. You could easily have the receipt and give the disks away.

Downloading illegal files encourages the people that create them. That in and of itself is a crime in many areas.

Also, remember viruses. Many times cracked programs can carry viruses either intentionally, or because the machine they were created on was compromised.

No, because you will be sharing with people who have not likely payed for the game. Peer to peer sharing works both ways. Even if you disable seeding on your torrent app, the legality is dubious.
