What is your best pastry recipe?

    Do you mean pie crust type pastry or any pastry like dessert, like cinnamon rolls or apple struedel or apple crisp or peach cobbler?

    I have a great recipe for sour cream yeast dough that I use to make raisin cinnamon rolls. I don't want to type it all out with good directions if you just want my pie crust recipe. E-mail me if you want either recipe typed out!

    ugh!...I cheat and buy ready made and rolled puff pastry!...mainly because i make a mess of my kitchen doing it the hard way...

    One made with lard would be the best but the worse for your health.
