    Gangstarr - Moment of Truth. I consider it one of the last great albums to ever come out. Moment of Truth dropped in the middle of Puffy/No Limit/Cash Money nonsense, so it made it stand out even more.

    but no doubt, Blackstar was also great. Better question, which is better, Blackstar or Reflection Eternal?

    Black Star - The Best album ever, (in my opinion of course)
