Are there any budget friendly pension houses or staying places in Legazpi, Albay?

please help.... i don't need fancy staying places... just place to stay that we can spend time with my lover without any fuss in budget....and to enjoy at the same time. We're actually college students, so we don't really have that lots of money. thanks!!! :)
