x^3+5x^2+4x+8 / x^2+3x+3 using long division:
x^2+3x+3
---------------
x^3+5x^2+4x+8 [ x+ 2
x^3+3x^2+3x
------------------
2x^2+ x+ 8
2x^2+6x+6
----------------
-5x + 2
Ans: Q ( x+ 2 ) and R (-5x + 2)

Polynomial division is very much like long division.
here is answer, but if you need the procedure you need to email me, it is hard to type the whole thing.
The answer is: -x + 8 with remainder -17x-16
