You have a malware infection, you do NOT have that many viruses....it's a ploy to get you to buy rogue software which will create more problems.
AntiVirus programs will NOT remove these as they are malicious codecs and NOT viruses as such.
Remove with the following free programs which have been used in hundreds of removals, frequently the first 3 will remove the problem, download, install, update and boot into Safe Mode then scan:
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/...
Download, install, update and select Full Scan.
Remove all infections that it finds after scan.
SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition:
http://www.download.com/SUPERAntiSpyware-Free-Edit...
Download, install, check for updates, then select Scan your Computer, select your drive and select Perform Complete Scan
Spybot S&D:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index....
Download, install, update and Immunize, turn off Tea Timer then click 'Check for problems' then when complete select all and then 'Fix Checked'
Open Spybot, click on Mode, select Advanced, click on Tools then Resident and untick Resident 'Tea Timer'
Do NOT untick Resident 'SD Helper' as that is your protection.
Spyware Doctor Free Basic Edition - Realtime monitoring:
http://pack.google.com/intl/en/pack_installer_new....
Its free with Google pack, untick all boxes except Spyware Doctor. Download install, update and run.
SmitFraud Removal:
Firstly, download the removal tool from here:
http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php
Then follow the instructions on the page
ONLY IF the problem persists, turn OFF System Restore, Right click My computer > select Properties > System Restore Tab > Tick Turn Off System restore on all drives.
After scans are complete and machine is clean remember to turn system restore back ON and create a new restore point.

There are a few choices when it comes to security, mainly in the AntiVirus department. Some very good, free anti-viruses available to download are:
1) AVG 8 AntiVirus. Easiest interface to use, very fast scanning and doesn't lag your computer at all. Only has a 78% detection rate, but catches the most harmful of viruses. If you're a normal home user, you're not in too much danger of higher level viruses and this is the AV for you:
2) Avast! 4 AntiVirus. Smaller, sleeker skin, average scanning speed, but reports alot of safe files as viruses, so you might need to watch out for that. 78% detection rate, but alot more complicated than most other free AVs. Use this if you are handy with a computer and you know what needs to be scanned:
http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html
3) Avira AntiVirus. Simple layout, which even the most basic of users can navigate. Incredibly fast scanning, with a 90% detection rate. Not as easy on the eyes as other AVs, and you need to know what you're doing to get the more advanced features, but it is definite a candidate:

Personally I use AVG, but only because I go for looks. If you are paranoid about viruses then the only real option is Avira. But if you just want normal protection, then any of the three will do it for you.
And for any spyware problems, get SpyBot - Search and Destroy:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.h...
Also, for protecting your personal info and files, use Ad-Aware 2008 Free Edition:
http://lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware_free.php
All of them are free, as powerful as paid programs, like McAfee and Norton (which only has a 6% detection rate!), and don't use up as many resources.
Just boot into Safe Mode (Press F8 when turning on the computer) and run full scans.
Hope that helps.

Start your comp in safe mode and try to get any good anti virus program to load. Some rogue viruses will have diverting lines in their programs that will make it hard to get Real anti virus (AVG and Panda research) Safe mode can sometimes bypass these , or try to download 'Crossloop' for an assistant to give you help and advice. They have been endorsed by many organisations, and they helped me with a major infection. (Hope you get rid of it) Take care on Youtube and Limewire , as their infections are getting worse now

if u ask me installing AVG r other antivirus software to remove virus is not at all a satisfied points.. If once virus entered your system some how some where may be files r anything regarding ur OS files virus would've done something to that files.. If you remove virus by using some antivirus softwares,it may remove the virus but not the harms that the virus did to ur files r to ur operating system may be ur FOLDER OPTIONS might've disappeared nor the RUN command in your START option sudden sudden system restart in between ur important works while ur doing in pc... So to avoid this the best thing is fully formatting your harddrive once & re-install ur operating system.. This is the best way works with many of my friends including me when v'd the same problem...

Aside from removing what's been already installed on your system, you really should turn off 3rd party cookies. this keeps un-requested cookies from being displayed in your browser.
In browser (both IE and Firefox) go to Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Advanced; here check 'Override automatic....' 'Allow session cookies' 'Allow 1st party cookies' & Block 3rd Party Cookies.
Junk embedded into your system will have to be extracted with Spybot, Ad Aware, and all available cleaners. Good luck.
