How can I get him to make a move?
Me and this guy have worked together for a year and we flirt constantly. About 6 months ago, he asked another coworker to ask me if I was interested in him. However, I had just gotten out of a relationship, and I thought it was kind of lame to act like as if we are in middle school. Anyways, now I'm single, and lately we've been flirting much more then usual. How do I give him the okay to make a move. (I would...but I'm old fashioned).
Also, I do not make the first move, because when I have tried it before, the guys who i did it to, rejected me, or turned out to be weak.

guys are simple. that is the first thing you should know. we want a clear cut message from you. so you should say something or do something that obviously sends a message to him that he should make the first move or that you are definitely trying to get him. as in, touch his arms or chest and say "oohhh you have such a rock solid body" or say to him "are you looking for a girl" or "do youhave a girlfriend? no? aww thats too bad ( sarcastically)" guys want a clear straight forward signal bc all guys want to make sure first.

Forget being old fashioned. You need to discard some of those beliefs and just do what is neccessary for the situation at hand. If you really like him, just tell him; no need for any go ahead for moves or stuff like that. It's not always up to us to let you know we want to be with you, anyway. Girls, for some reason, think they're immune to that.
