Problema con Rapidshare y megaupload?

porque cuando intento descargar algo de cualquiera deestos sitios me dice que no es posible porque mi IP esta descargando un archivo en ese momento, que la IP no es unica? alguien mas está utilizando mi IP? o que pasa?

    Uau, es un problema rarísimo, debes pedir ayuda tecnica a tu proveedor de internet, posiblemente si tu conexion es inalambrica te estan robando la señal.
