for ladies underwear with the tag on the side..how do you know if they are on backwards?

    well, the back is bigger, but the tag should be on the left when you are wearing it.

    when worn correctly the tag will be on the left side.

    Just wear them the way they fit best. As long as they are comfortable....that is the way they should be worn.
