Will my drivers license get suspended?
Okay so i'm 16 and i've had my graduated drivers license since November 2007. Well, since than i've gotten 3 traffic tickets in all different counties. When I went to court for the 2nd traffic ticket they said that I cannot get another ticket until November 2008 or my license will get suspended. Well 3 weeks later I got another ticket for speeding 11 miles over the speed limit but in a different county. On the two previous tickets from before I did 6 hours of defensive driving online for both of them. Would my license still get suspended?

Absolutely. All three tickets might be in different jurisdictions, but they are all on the same license to drive. As soon as they all show up on your license, the state will send you a letter to your address of record telling you that you are suspended.
In the event you don't get the letter, it's still suspended, and the next time you are stopped for speeding the officer will ask you if you're aware your licensed is suspended just before he puts the cuffs on and allows you to get comfortable in his back seat. From there you can watch the tow truck take your car to impound.

Doesn't matter what county or state your in, that 3rd ticket did you in... thank goodness.
Your license should be suspended and your parents should hide their keys until you learn some responsibility. What is it with kids?? Peer pressure, machoism?
There are other people on the road that want to live, have some respect for them.

Yes, thank goodness they *will* suspend your license if your state is like mine! Where are your parents? If you were my son, I'd whup your wayward butt hard enough that you wouldn't be able to sit in the driver's seat until you were 21 and hopefully mature enough to be trusted driving a car. You know, I've heard that guys who speed are just like those idiots who blast their stereos loud enough to be heard in China - but neither speed nor loud music will compensate for a small brain and a probably smaller penis.

That would depend on the state you are in. But it sounds like it will. Moreover, and this is my advanced age of 43 talking, it should be. Further, if I were your parent, I would have grounded you from driving until December just to insure that you took the judge's warning more seriously than you obviously did. Actions have consequences. Hope your area has good public trans.

I don't know, but if you drove correctly and followed the rules of the road you wouldn't have to worry now would you? I just say this because I've heard of so many accidents in the past and people dying. We need to limit that. People need to drive safe!

Most likely since its a moving violation, you get it suspended for one of those in Ohio.
