What are some easy to prepare, healthy, and filling meals I can take to work?

I find that I always slack off taking lunches to work, and I'd like to get back on track with some good ideas. Thanks!

    Veggie sandwich with carrot sticks, Tuna salad with celery sticks, stuffed tomatoes (easier than you think!), Substitute meat with tofu based "meats" and you can lose a lot of calories..

    Make sure to have plenty of healthy snacks on hand in case you get hungry and get tempted to visit the snack machine.

    go to the store be for and during work and may be if u have a long lunch break like me go to a restaurant with Friends

    start with peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. And then the creative ideas would flow.
