I know this sounds typical but...?

i have a boy problem.

Ya see yesterday i was with my friend 'carson' all day long. i went to his band's gig and we had a blast together and we're really great friends. well i've liked carson since last year. but he's never really taken much interest in me so i took the hint and decided being friends was a great alternative.

well carson liked my friend Cherry a lot. like a LOT a lot. which was really cool with me until last night. last night after carson's gig we went to our friends sweet sixteen and cherry was there but she was making out with everyone and she was grinding up on everyone which made carson feel totally rejected. then today, carson sent me an e-mail via myspace asking me if i wanted to go out with him. i was so happy i literally felt like my heart stopped. but i don't know if he's just asking that because of cherry, or if because he likes me (because he told me at one point in time he did in fact like me)

and here's a small twist, my really good friend charlie said that carson got hacked so i have no idea if carson really sent me that

but theres another small twist, i have a sorta almost boyfriend that i like a lot. he's so nice and sweet.

so what do you think i should do? go out with carson go out with the guy who's almost my boyfriend or what?
