My boyfriend of nine months and I recently broke up. I'm trying to get over it, so I'm wondering what you do to cheer yourself up after a rough break up.

My aunt and her daughters recently moved into my apartment (with my parents and me) because her ex-husband was being abusive towards her. She moved in because she didn't feel safe on her own because her ex is a predator. He was coercing her into sex for money (he owes her money for child support) and my aunt in mentally ill so she will give in very easily. She can't work because of her medical conditions and is in the process of getting Social Security and some other government help, which has been taking a long while, so she doesn't have much money at the moment, which is also a factor in why she'll give in to his coercion tactics. She has called the cops on him more than once because of his actions, but the police have yet to do anything helpful (partly because my aunt is mentally ill and hard to work with).

Lately he's been coming over to my house to see her and her two daughters. I do not like this man, I know what he's capable of, and I do not want him in my house. He is a sexist predator and I want him out of my home. He thinks what he's doing is ok, and I don't feel safe with him around.

Now, on to my question. Do I have the right to call the police to escort him off of my property for trespassing? Do I have to warn him that I'll call first before I actually call?

I live in California if that helps any.

and to top it all off, I'm 86% deaf, but I never let the deafness hinder me, most people don't even realize that I'm deaf. So far I'm doing very well, and I'm loving the whole experience a lot. But my question is, what do people think of these kids? I know I would be amazed if I met a 15 year old college student, but on the other hand, I would think that they think of themselves as superior. I know that I don't feel that way about anyone, I feel we are all equals, no matter how old or what grade, but I want others input. What do you think of 15 year old college kids?

And also, how do you cope with the changes college brings?

Was it hard for you to deal with the changes brought on by college life?

You see, I like the idea of living with guys because, to be quite frank, I get along with them better. I have to work at being friends with a lot of girls but with guys friendship just comes naturally. That isn't to say that I don't have any female friends, its just that most of the time I'd rather be around guys. Guys tend to be a lot more fun to be around sometimes, there is so much less drama with guys.I just want to know, what do you think is better? Living with same sex room mates or living coed? What is your opinion?

I'm not asking this because I'm going to collage and I have to choose, I ask because I'm just curious to see peoples points of view because I see no problem living with guys and being a female, but a very devout christians (or any religion) may see a huge problem with, becuase I know religion plays a big part in this matter sometimes. Please tell me what you think.

i have a boy problem.

Ya see yesterday i was with my friend 'carson' all day long. i went to his band's gig and we had a blast together and we're really great friends. well i've liked carson since last year. but he's never really taken much interest in me so i took the hint and decided being friends was a great alternative.

well carson liked my friend Cherry a lot. like a LOT a lot. which was really cool with me until last night. last night after carson's gig we went to our friends sweet sixteen and cherry was there but she was making out with everyone and she was grinding up on everyone which made carson feel totally rejected. then today, carson sent me an e-mail via myspace asking me if i wanted to go out with him. i was so happy i literally felt like my heart stopped. but i don't know if he's just asking that because of cherry, or if because he likes me (because he told me at one point in time he did in fact like me)

and here's a small twist, my really good friend charlie said that carson got hacked so i have no idea if carson really sent me that

but theres another small twist, i have a sorta almost boyfriend that i like a lot. he's so nice and sweet.

so what do you think i should do? go out with carson go out with the guy who's almost my boyfriend or what?

You see, I live in California and I've seen all over the news and all the reports on the fires. Well i want to to do something about the fires.I have no fierfighting experiance, so i can't really help them put out the fires. But do you think there is something else i can do to help out?
