I'm 15 years old and in college, full time?

and to top it all off, I'm 86% deaf, but I never let the deafness hinder me, most people don't even realize that I'm deaf. So far I'm doing very well, and I'm loving the whole experience a lot. But my question is, what do people think of these kids? I know I would be amazed if I met a 15 year old college student, but on the other hand, I would think that they think of themselves as superior. I know that I don't feel that way about anyone, I feel we are all equals, no matter how old or what grade, but I want others input. What do you think of 15 year old college kids?

And also, how do you cope with the changes college brings?

Was it hard for you to deal with the changes brought on by college life?

Thank you for any input.

=)

Haha I go to UC Berkeley, one of the nation's top universities, so I do see several kids your age who are full time. Personally, I treat them as equals. I certainly don't feel superior. Shoot, if a 15 year old can get into college that quickly, then he/she is far smarter than I am haha. Age is just a number to me.

College is hard, I'm not going to lie. But it can be one of the best times in your life. It is a time when you come out of your shell and learn what life outside of your childhood home is like - both good and bad.

Please stay away from the parties, especially considering your age. Fine like-minded people with whom you can converse.

I also must stress this to you - major in something that makes you HAPPY. I made the mistake of going for a major that I hated (but it pays very, very well) and I suffered trying to fix it.

Good luck, and God bless you.
