If manly had an easy season like 08 then maybe they will.Hardly any soo reps unlike Storm who had 9- 10 for the 3 games and also SOO coach. Storm had a very tough season and still won their 3rd successive minor premiership(never been done in NRL)Made 3rd successive GF.Great job Storm.Yes we were outplayed in the GF but it took a mighty effort for Storm to be there.See you in next years GF manly..

I wouldn't bet on it.I'm sure this time last year lots of people thought the storm could go back to back after they thrashed Manly. You never know what might happen in the nrl,If a team suffers injuries to a couple of key players it can throw the whole season out the window. There's so much talent in ALL the nrl teams I'd say Manly has a 1/16 chance but I'm sure Manly fans would disagree.

Roosters made 3 GFs in 02 Won, 03 Lost, 04 Lost.

Storm made 3 GFs in 06 Lost, 07 Won, 08 Lost.

So I think that Manly can MAKE it to the GF next year, but win it??? Nah, It's not easy to just Win a GF. I know all you Manly fans are exited it's been a LOOOOOONG time since you last held up the Trophy, but don't get ahead of yourselves.

Likely to be 07 Lost 08 Won 09 Lost

    Yes.

Still have a great team with good buys and players coming through.

Chris Bailey, Tony Williams will provide some greatness and a Bailey/Orford partnership would be awesome. Lyon would go back to his centres position. the only thing that could halt us would be SOO duties. Back2Back

They are definetly a Grand Final team.

But I don't know if they will get a back to back, Melborne's playing was just bad last night.

may be, the only thing is they have lost a few good players tho. esp steve menzies, does anyone notice that each time steve menzies was on the field , they score tries? a great lost.

Anything's possible i guess, but don't count your chickens just yet, as there are so many good teams out there.
