Well can only quote mine... Gas/electric about £120 a month. Water (I am on meter) about £15 a month. TV,Phone, broadband I pay £70 a month.. Council tax(I get 25% rebate) £100 a month, So that is about £300 , Then add things like insurance , house and contents about £25 a month . plus other things like heating/boiler insurance So say about £350 a month in total,,, Add things like car, insurance . MOT . repairs etc. Plus then everyday costs, food, clothes. travel, petrol. and of course the new baby expenses. Congratulations by the way...

We live in a mid sized 3 bed place and spend about £25 on electiric and about £37 on gas - however we are both at work at the moment during the day - I am guessing with a baby you wont be. Also we froze our energy pricing just before the increase which you wont be able to do. As a guess I would say approx £30 on electric and approx £60 on gas. It is difficult because everyones usage is different.

well we live in a 3 bed roomed house, its not small but its not big, in the winter we use £30 a week electric in the summer its cheaper, water rates will depend if its a water meter or a yearly bill, water meter means you get a bill twice a year and ours is about £300 plus every 6 months were my mum gets a yearly bill of say £200-£300, its cheaper when you not being billed for ever drop you use, good luck with the baby
