Did anyone see what Milt Stegal said about NHL hockey?

I have never seen such a quote from the greatest receiver to ever suit up in the CFL. He does not throw around words like @$$ in interviews, and doesn't make such stupid statements about any person being able to beat any other in a fight. That is juvenile talk.

Okay, you have not been able to back up your post. Now it is my turn. What Milt actually said was "hockey is not a sport" as a joke in an interview. He is a football player. Every hockey player says tennis is not a sport. Every tennis player says basketball is not a sport, etc, etc. In other words, every professional athlete jokes about the participants in other sports. It is a matter of taking pride in the game one plays. Ask Brett Favre or Peyton Manning about hockey or baseball, and I guarantee you neither of them will say "wow, those guys are real tough, hockey is a real hard sport and I could never keep up to a hockey player".

Anybody who doesn't understand that, and is so willing to spread the worst crap about someone by taking a joke out of context, is only looking for the worst. That person is a muckraker, and belongs in politics, not a sports discussion.

I suggest you actually watch the interview and listen to what he really said, and watch how he said it.

That is a bad thing to say in a city that yearns for the Jets and has to watch the crappy Manitoba Moose instead. Milt should spend less time talking and more time playing if he wants a grey cup. Tiger is an idiot Hockey you actually sweat golf haha no way its like Baseball but worse you just stand and hit a ball you could grow fat off playing golf if you wanted.

if he said that, then he's truly an idiot. It's like all those "pros vs Joes" show, where you have some southern black guy, dissing hockey until he gets out there, then he looks like a fool. If Milt was serious, he should have been deported.

Let him say that to the likes of Brashear, Domi, Neil, Mcgratten, Laraque. I want to see If he makes it out alive.
