I dream about my boyfriend dying all the time, and him of me. It's just our imagination working over time. He woke up crying his eyes out thinking I was dead, as I wasn't in bed - but I was in the kitchen getting a drink.
When I was 15 I dreamt I was murdered by jason x so I wouldn't worry about it.
Try to not let it get to you...

Dreams are usually formed by things that have just gone on in the previous day, something you heard or saw or did - advertisements, things people tell you, films etc.... Here is a quote from a medical site:
The synaptic nerve connections containing recollections about the last day are also strengthened during sleep, hence when you wake up the more you realised you did yesterday. This localised area of memory is what many of our dreams consist of, our past recollections of the day. You may have dreamt something twice, and on the second time it was only because you thought of that first dream the day before you dreamt the second. When looking at it like this, it confirms the reason why you have the same dream, your conscious thought about it accesses that part of the brain thus 'remembers' it at night.
But then, some people think that dreams are your subconscious telling you something, or that they predict the future... I prefer to think of things scientifically, hence my answer... Sorry if that wasn't what you were looking for.

There are two ways to interpret these dreams. Being literal, this may be the only way that will communicate to your boyfriend (and you) that you folks are living a dangerous lifestyle and things need to change NOW. Premonition dreams are warnings used to get us moving on the proper path. If this dream is to be interpretted from a more psychological aspect, the dreams reflect your total fear of abandonment. You may have an extensive history of losing the ones you have loved. There also may be a strong need on your part to always be in control. The dream is telling you what is reality, that we can not control other human beings, we can only control how we choose to live our lives, no one else's. I am sending some prayers of protection to you and yout boyfriend.

Jeez thats a wierd one.
Its probably just down to some anger at the conversation yous had the other night. It is pretty strange though. It sounds almost just like a nightmare aswell - dont eat too soon before going to bed.
Im out of ideas though - Its too strange. All i can think about is possible anger issues with his mate... or you!? But i highly doubt it would be you its directed towards.

Hmm maybe just a very weird dream, we all have them.
Or he could be scared about something, seeing as someone he cares about was dying in his dream.

perhaps he's just having nightmares b/c he's stressed out about being punched and not doing anything about it. (and there's nothing wrong about that)
I always seem to have nightmares when i'm stressed out or when I fall asleep thinking about negatives things.
just a thought

When someone dreams of someone dying it usually means someone's pregnant.
