There is a lawsuit in Pennsylvania, Berg vs. Obama. Berg claims that Obama is not eligible to run. Obama did not produce the requested documentation proving his eligibility by the deadline. On the last day, Obama and the DNC filed a plea for the court to dismiss the case, claiming that Berg (a US citizen and voter) did not have the authority to question his eligibility! It's still being dragged out, obviously Obama doesn't want it resolved before the election. And obviously he has something to hide!
