is this me just being selfish?

today is my 3 year anniversary with my boyfriend. we had be talking about it for awhile and over the weekend we had sorta celebrated it, but i was under the impression we were still going to do some special little stuff today. now, he asked me out at like 1am and even on little "meaningless" if you will, anniversaries we'd stay up and just talk and whatnot until 1 am and so we did that today and i gave him my card. he then told me that i wasnt getting a card or the usual flowers that he gets me. now thats fine, but then he said we didnt have anything special planned for today. like i cleared my schedule to be with him and its like he doesnt care. i mean im sure he cares but it kinda just hurt my feelings that im making this big deal out of everything and he isnt.
