I needed to lose 25 pounds in 6 weeks to enlist, so I know where you're comming from. For me it was a combination of 2 things:

    1) Low Carb diet. The low carb diet works best for me for several reasons. The two most important are that you urinate out excess calories you eat as ketones ... this allowed me to eat big dinners. And two, I got to eat foods I truly crave like cheeseburgers (using low carb bread). There are several other things like it only takes 7 calories to burn 1g of fat instead of the usual 9 calories due to conversion to ketones, but the first two reasons where the most important.

    2) I woke up 45 minutes early and did mild cardio such as situps, walking my dog, etc. Since you'll have urinated all the ketones away from the previous dinner, all these calories come from fat on your body. If you eat carbs, you'd instead be burning glycogen stores and in turn would need to do more strenuous cardio etc.

I have a blog that will help maybe answer this better. I will be shorter here.

You need to come up with a map to your goal. You can't jump in the car and get somewhere without a map. It's the same with losing weight. If you don't have a goal, and a plan, you cant make it.

So here are some simple steps.

1: write out what you want to do and how you are going to do it.

2: get a schedule together that will keep you on track everyday.

    3: make realistic goals.

4: put together a plan for your diet intake

5: put together and exercise plan to stick to.

If you write all that down before you even start you will be way ahead of the curve. Once you have your goal, and a way to do it, there is no way you can fail. It will be tough but you can do it!

Please check out my blog, You can ask me anything there and I will help you get the body you deserve!

Here's some weight loss tip's which you can do everyday:

    - Exercise 6 to 7 days a week.

    - And try to break your workout into two different sessions, this gives your metabolism a jolt.

    - Drink 6 to 8 cups of water a day. And try to drink ice cold water, it burns more calories.

    - Take enough vitamins, especially ones that promote weight loss (such as 1800 mg. of Fish Oil, Vitamin B Complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, ect. Do your research).

    - Drink green tea or take green tea pills ( it's been shown to speed up your metabolism).

    - For your metabolism's sake, eat within 1 hour of waking up and don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed.

    - Try a vegan or vegetarian diet (it worked for me :D).

    - Drink 12 oz. of warm lemon water (use the juice of 1/2 a lemon) with a little sea salt every morning. This will detoxify your body and make your skin look amazing.

    - Or, if giving up meat just isn't your thing, just count calories. Try to have around 1200 a day.

    - Try to avoid white, bleached, or enriched flour.

    - Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils.

    - Eat every 2 to 4 hours to keep your metabolism going.

    - Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up.

    - Try to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep. When your body is deprived of sleep your appiteite increases by 15%.

    - Sugar and artificial sweeteners are the devil. If you have a sweet tooth, grab some fruit.

    - Avoid all junk food, fast food, and fried food.

    - Try only drinking water, tea, and black coffee. There are so many hidden calories in drinks.

    - Eat whole grain foods and healthy fats (like olives, avacados, nuts, ect) and stay away from refined or "bad" carbs.

Eating Organic food REALLY helped for me. I lost 23 lbs. A friend of mine who recommended it to me lost 70 lbs. Try finding a local sunflower market. The prices are really good, and it is mostly ALL organic. It tastes a lot better, you feel A lot better, your skin looks healthier, and you can lose weight more easily.

Also Simple things like taking stairs instead of elevators, starting a walking routine will also REALLY help. Try going to a local recreation center as well, using a steam room will help rid you of your water weight, and it's very refreshing.

If you need extra energy ( like most americans, addicted to energy drinks) steer clear of red bull, rock star, etc. Try Vitamin B complex, or look for drinks with vitamin B ( sugar free, calorie free) It works just as good as other energy drinks.

But remember, organic food is key. The food is pure, no preservatives, artificial flavorings, it is a lot healthier for you, and I promise it will change your lifestyle : - )

    Hope this helps, good luck!!

Congrats! You are watching substantially in higher form. Your rough paintings is paying off. Your nutrition appears to be in nice order. If you misplaced the 20 kilos with out nutrition in two months. You would readily assume to lose the following 12 in roughly a million month. You are correct that it's more difficult to lose the final little bit of extra weight. But should you persist with your nutrition and upload in the ones sporting events, I would not be amazed should you misplaced that during three weeks. You are at the correct monitor. Keep up the well paintings!

I reduced my calorie intake from 1800 to 1200 per day and walked an hour a day at a brisk pace. I went from 163 pounds to 131 pounds in just under 5 months.
