My dog goes nuts for ice cubes!!!?

mine too!isn't it just the cutest thing!when it is hot outside we put a whole tray of ice cubes in her water dish and let her attack them!

Yeah, but...

Puppies' teeth are very fragile - so are big dogs'... and she shouldn't be crunching on ice cubes or she could break one and need surgery.

She would be better off with a soaked and frozen Nylarope toy.

So to rain on your parade - puppies are cute, but she should have a soft toy to run after, instead.

Lol! That's cute! My older pup, Hugo, doesn't care for ice cubes. My girl Mimi sneakily approaches the ice cube, licks it real fast and runs away a little bit. Then she looks at it from the corner of her eye and repeats. It's hilarious.

I'm a tard and actually went to the dollar store and bought all banana, grape, apple and heart molds to make them in, lol!!

now that he's older and has discovered marrow bones and bull-wrinkles hes not much of a ice cube fan anymore. Still loves cold water, including swimming and diving into it.. and loves to clean out all the water dishes in the house!

Friends of ours have a 6 month 85 pound bernese/st. beranard who LOVES ice cubes.. it's seriously gone in three seconds.. too funny!

Even little kids get all giggly over ice cubes. They're cold. And slippery. Mom lets you put them in your mouth. When you try to grab it it goes scooting away. And it keeps getting littler and littler. For you, it's a cheap, easy way to keep the little guy happy. It's that innocent wonder at things that we (who have been around this earth for a little while) take for granted and have lost the joy and wonder about. Enjoy your pup.

Its normal for dogs to like ice cubes. My dog likes it too.

Lol that's too cute! My dog likes those koolaid in platic type popsicles.. I eat some then break off a peice and give to him.. The red and blue are yummy haha. My beautiful husky lab hehe

My cat likes to lick ice cubes. They are better for animals, and I guess they just enjoy it.
