From what I know Elvis got married in Vegas so that is how this 'fad' started. He got married there so others want to follow..
Maybe in a few decades you may be getting married by Britney Spears!!! and of course an annulment in less than 48 hrs...hehehe

I don't know but I would guess The Aladdin Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas because that's where Elvis and Priscilla got married. You will have to look into that.

It is not a tradition, just people who like Elvis. But there are lots of other ministers to marry you in Vegas. Oh, and a drive thru place too
