Halloween Costume, i have an idea but...?
I want to be minnie mouse (make like a homemade costume) but i need a red and white polkadot skirt! so i was wondering if anybody knew where i could find a cute puffy red and white polkadot skirt, at a store or halloween store or something. please help me!
some people say to look at forever 21, your talking bout a 'red and white polka dot skirt right??' could i find it on their site?

You might not want to do this, but here's what I would do:
Go to the disney store. Buy a minnie mouse costume
if they possibly have your size, I have no idea if it's possible.
Don't shop there lol, but I'm small so maybe that would have it for me (since I said "here's what I would do". It's probably a whole dress, but
cut the skirt part off and customize the skirt yourself.
Make it more fluffier ish I guess? Add a petticoat?
Not sure. But, I guess if you were to buy the whole costume,
why not just wear that instead of just taking the skirt..
Oh well. Sorry I couldn't help that much. D: lol

That's a good idea. Try http://www.squidoo.com/top10-halloween-costumes-20... for some more. You may be able to find one at a thrift store also.
